Implementing housing problem solving is no small feat: it’s a strategy that integrates with all parts of a homelessness response system and supports the end goal of ending homelessness at the community level. From mediation skills to data practices to sustaining funding sources, communities must figure out how to balance flexibility with standardization, ensure scarce resources are deployed equitably, and support households to achieve immediate crisis resolution with long-term staying power. Come learn alongside other communities who are turning to housing problem-solving as a powerful tool to stem inflow into homelesness and increase outflow from their systems into safe, stable housing.
